Can I report an eBay jerk?

Friends...what can I do about the following nasty email this clown sent me? He sent me another one just like this, too, via the eBay system. I'd like to report him to eBay.

"Dear senileman,

What an unfair world this is where I can't punch someone like you in the face, ohh well I'm sure someone else with do if for me eventually seeing as you are such an ASS!

Please respond to the question on eBay by clicking the button below.

Thank you,
lastminutebidderssuck"

Thanks guys!

lol he is such a jerk!! u can send that email to ebay. he will prolly get a warning, unless he has done it before (which knowing him he has)

he has been the topic of a few threads here and over there --->
    Good for you.
  • What a cry baby. You bid at the end of the auction, It is within the rules. He is a sore looser.

I've seen tons of auctions with him as a bidder.
Not sure why he'd send any emails regarding bidding habits.

  • I have sniped and won several auctions that this guy has bid in before. So far, he hasn't sent me any emails like yours; however, I am surprised that he hasn't sent me any. I guess that he really wanted the card you outbid him for... lol... If I were you, I would definitely report him to Ebay and/or the police. As far as I am concerned, he is threatening you with bodily harm. It would really jerk this guy's chain if he were contact by the police about this.

  • Wow, that's nasty. What a sore loser!

I'd snipe him on every bid. And cancel his bids on all my auctions.

I think this person is trying to intimidate bidders from bidding on auctions he's wanting to win and possible get a card dirt cheap ! That was my first impression when I read his user E-Bay I.D. .......wow , if I snipe this card from him , he's gonna be pissed ! I'm sure it has scared off some potential bidders !...........Robbie

A friend of mine got a similar email after he sniped him. HA HA. Internet road rage.
  • i have won several auctions against this guy too. I wish i had gotten that email because i have a horrible temper and i love to mess with people. i would respond to the email with a trojan virus with the subject title "very sorry".

Wish I needed a few of those cards on the "list" - but I am sure you all will take care of it. image

  • Everyone here should snipe him on one auction he is the high bidder on. It would be great-he gets sniped by 15-20 guys at the same time! HA!
Then the winner should resell the card, and block him! HAHA
    I love to snipe!

I love this stuff. Go get 'em guys. I think I might just email him this link to show him what the world thinks about him.

Now, just keep an eye on the sellers of the auctions that he's bidding on. Maybe he's real smart, and he's trying to get a bunch of people riled up. Then, he'll list some auctions under another id, start bidding on them, while all of us outbid each other so he doesn't win. image

I've sniped this guy a few times. He sent me a nasty email he thought would intimidate me. I told him my kung fu was stronger than his, and signed it "lastminutebiddersrule"
  • Shouldn't his user name be "lastsecondbidderssuck"?

I think I'll nail him next on that '76 Reggie on Christmas Day.

    Thanks!
  • I like carew's idea... just make it your mission over the next few weeks to outbid him on everything you can. I'll try to pitch in and do my part.

  • I'm going to hit on some of them and I don't even want the cards.

  • do you suppose if you put your bid in exactly 2 minutes before close on his auctions you would win because he wouldn't dare bid again and risk being a called a hypocrite?

I swear this is a true story ......

So I have been reading this thread and watching said auction and even bid early on and stopped after seeing what was happening. Turns out, as I reviewed the bidder list that a good friend of mine who has NEVER bought a sports card in his life was in there bidding as the last seconds ticked away for a late holiday gift for me (I will be in Florida over the holidays). Naturally, my jaw it the floor when I saw him as a bidder on the card. Quite a suprise! and now his good intentions are all ruined because of my efficient watch of 1978 Topps items image
