It looks to me like this fellow broke open his 2000 proof set and included a franklin half. Judging by the bids, it worked. $500.00 for a 42-dollar proof set and a hundred-dollar coin. Wow!

I saw coins in those holders for the first time at Baltimore. Only 1 dealer had them. I thought the holders looked terrible with that round bottom shape.
It is amazing how people will bid high for coins in individual holders. The whole proof set in mint holders is easy to get at a much lower price.
How could you doubt the grading skills of MCCS?!...

I would say they are in the top 100 for grading service, up there with grading everything high no matter what
