e-mails from PSA?

I noticed on PSA's promotional video online, that they claim when processing one's order, that at various stages they send you an e-mail to let you know that your order has passed that particular "checkpoint". However, i have NEVER gotten ANY e-mails from them. I just keep tracking it via the submission number on my own, until the grades are posted. Has anyone else had this "problem", or do you get the e-mails?

  • I had this same issue on my last submission. I never got an email until my submission shipped. My previous one went as advertised. Perhaps they are just swamped with all the $5 grades.

  • That's a new one to me also. Never heard of the checkpoint emails
nor have I ever received one of those emails for the past 6 years.

Damn, i'm gonna have to be the PSA Defender again!.. I usually receive emails from them letting me know that my order was received, then again when my grades are posted, and another email when the cards are shipped..

on all of my past (less than 10) submissions, i've received an email when they were received and again when the grades are available. however, i sent 4 submissions on nov.30 and i've received 1 email letting me know that one of the submissions was received and graded. i've not heard anything on the other 3.

i'd love to hear something today.. image

    Thanks,

I always got email notifications upon receipt, then grades, then shipment. Lately though, I only get an occasional email regarding my submissions (same address, never changed it). I just thought their system was overwhelmed a bit.

  • What they should do is slap a barcode that is on the print outs and scan that....it would then zap you an email to let you know where your stuff is. The only way now is to just keep calling and letting them tell you where it is....image
  • Oh, those emails. Okay, I must have still been hungover.
Yea I get those. When they arrived; when the grades are done, and when it's shipped. For some stupid reason I was thinking
something else like stages of the submission....ie in the grading room, in the lunch room etc.
  • Yep, no e-mail on the last submission, which was quite odd. All other submissions I received three e-mails. Just keep calling them to calm my frazzled nerves. Get a bit edgy when I submit a large quantity of cards and hear nothing.
