Here is an email that I got from Heritage yesterday. It seems like the auctions they are holding in conjunction with FUN are going to be huge. The message below states that they are producing 7 catalogs to cover the sale! Tons of reading material. I can't wait.

Dear Michael,
This past week we finished cataloging the FUN sale. It's perhaps the single greatest auction event in numismatic history in terms of size, value, rarity and overall quality. Platinum night alone will be around 900 lots conservatively valued in excess of $25 million. In all, including Heritage-CAA, we will be offering over 16,000 United States numismatic lots in 7 catalogs worth almost $50 million. The sale will start Wednesday at 2pm and go through Saturday evening. Below we have listed the session times and types of coins being sold during each session.
Included in the sale is a complete set of the 3 known types of Brasher Doubloons including the unique punch on breast, as well as a gem proof 1894-S dime and a complete set of Stella's in Superb Gem Proof, and those are just the "lock" 7 figure items. There are scores of mid and upper 6-figure coins in addition to the Rasmussen large cents, the finest set of Barber Coinage ever assembled and over 2,500 gold coins. And most of the sale is being offered without any reserves!
Five of the seven FUN catalogs will be sent to you this Thursday the 23rd and hopefully they will arrive soon thereafter. The remaining FUN catalog will be mailed on the 28th. If you are a Heritage-CAA buyer, you should receive the currency catalog as well. The sale should be completely posted online by Wednesday the 27th.
We will start showing the coin lots in Fort Lauderdale at noon on Saturday the 8th of January (currency viewing starts January 11th). Lot viewing will start in Dallas on Monday December 27th and will go through January 5th, with the offices closed December 31st - January 2nd. If you would like to view lots in Dallas, please call Ron Brackemyre at ext. 312 to make reservations. If you plan on looking in Fort Lauderdale, please try to come early. It was a madhouse last year, and we expect even more people this year.
And finally, you may need to think about your credit line with the company. Obviously, with this amount of coins and currency being sold it would be easy to spend more than you ever have with us. As an on-going customer, it's very probable that we will be able to accommodate you in most cases, but in order to ensure this, you may need to plan ahead. Please contact Marti Korver (214-252-4248 or Marti@HeritageCoins.com) for more information.
Happy bidding.

That is a confidential letter that only a few privelaged souls received - BTW, the sale seems to be up on the heritage site as of yesterday and I note tons of eye candy
