"Ikes Just Aren't Supposed to Look Like That"

Every now and then a coin will come along that just doesn't fit the norm. It might be a wildly toned Morgan that shares neon colors like no other, or in this case, an IKE with the deepest, most lustrous turquoise blue and green color. The obverse and reverse share evenly in these shades and the marks are non-existent.
I wanted to share it with you and ask, how do you think it acquired its toning and color?
The blast white Ike is shown so as to show the color of the 73 in stark relief

Depending on the obverse, I believe that has a good shot at making plastic.
