Thought i would wander over here and get beat up for a change !

This started out as a Birth year proof set for me to pass on to my son.

Kind of got out of control,but quality and dollar wise im pretty proud of it !

    As long as the coins look good, who cares about the holder!!!

    i have a set at PCGS for x over right now

    Linky, 67 CAM
    Jeff, 68 CAM
    Roosie, 68*CAM
    Wash, 68 CAM
    Frankie, 68 CAM

    I added the 68 CAM Linky and the 69 CAM Roosie after i sent the set in.

    I actually registered some sets on NGC today (deadline you know). If I had at least one NGC coin in the set, it went in to the registry.

    Without the 'Star' and the error codes, it is tough to compete even though the PCGS coins can be added.

    My problem with NGC sets is that I was never smart enough to figure out how to enter coins in over thereimage

    It took me a few tries to figure it out too. It still takes a while to figure it out when I add a new one. image

    Nice set George.

    Unless you don't like the coin you bought, other's opinions shouldn't matter.

    Buy the coin, not the plastic! If you like your coins, that's what's important!

    I had no clue about the 57 Proofs untill i started the project,deese is tough in high grade CAMS

    The Lincoln cent in PR68 CAM between the 2 TPGS, is POP 19 Total !

    have seen 2 for sale in 6 months !

    Just gotta hope you are ready to pull the trigger when one shows up !
