Does this coin look cleaned to you?

I found this coin on the internet for sale and wanted a few opinons. I really like the look of the coin. It is advertised as an AU-UNC and the seller is asking $22 for it. Do you think that would be a fair price to pay even though it might be cleaned or should I pass and wait for another specimen?

That's not cleaned, it's harsh cleaned! Still, if you like it, and since it's not a really expensive piece or anything, I'd say go for it! It's not like it's one of those coins that shows up everyday.

Yes, the coin is cleaned. However, my advice would be to wait for another specimen. These come up fairly regularly, especially on German Ebay and are not that expensive.

I would have to say its cleaned. Interesting peice all the same, if they come up fairly often I'd wait for another one.

It can be hard to tell through the plastic window in the 2x2, but it sure looks cleaned (roughly, but not thoroughly) to me.

My 2003 says $12.50 for an uncleaned VF. I would avoid this seller out of principle at least just because he's trying to dupe possible customers with his off base grading and no mention of cleaning.
