Another cool item from the St. Augustine show.....

Someone was talking about the "Panama Pills" in another post recently. I found this watch fob, made exclusively of 1904 Panamanian coins, including 5 of the aforementioned Panama Pills and thought it was pretty neat. Then again, I'm the guy that bought Lord Marcovan's Holey coin hat at the last FUN Show, so you know I'm not totally wrapped tight image

    Oh it hurts!!! to see coins like that!!!
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    If they are not holed but just in a series of holders it is ok - interesting.

    The eyes appear brazed on, those coins are toast. From the work I'd say it was done in the early 20's probably when the coins were still in common circulation.

    I would have to agree. I think the work was done contemporaneously with the issuance of the coins image
