The 1st person who tells me where this coin is from, what date it is, if it will grade FN (full nipple) and one other thing about the coin wins a weenie dollar slabbed by PCGS!!

It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

We have a winner! Newsman PMed that is it a San Marino, 1000 lire, KM98, 1979. Struck to commemorate European Unity. And yes, it's full nipple. What he didn't notice is that the coin has machine doubling! Must be cold!!!
