B&M Baltimore sale, can I return a won lot?

I just received a coin that I won on the B&M Baltimore auction. After looking at the coin I am very unhappy with it compared to how it was described. In the description of the coin, B&M described it as minimal abrasions, and well above normal surfaces. In all fairness the coin was graded au-55, but it has what looks like to me, a staple scratch in the obverse field about a half inch long, and on the reverse is a planchet flaw. In my opinion, these should have been pointed out or at least the previous statements should not have been made. Am I wrong to think this??? Is there a return on auction coins, I have bought from B&M before and never had any issues. I have contacted B&M, but so far have not heard back from them.
I LOVE PROOF SEATED LIBERTY COINS AND ALL BETTER DATE SEATED LIBERTY COINS

You may (m-a-y) have a legitimate argument if the coin has undescribed problems, but the odds are not in your favor.

As for your past satisfaction, was that with the old or the new B&M?
  • I returned a coin from Superior that I won in their auction. It did NOT look as they had pictured it. They took it back, no problem.
