question about the special

i was planning on getting one more order in this year and couldnt remember what all the special included. I have a few pre70 mantles including a crossover. What was the cutoff year? Also i have a voucher from the last order. Can i use this on the same form?

The $5 non-guaranteed turnaround special is for 1972 and newer (not including oversize cards, pins, player coins)

The $12 five-day turnaround special is for any card valued less than $1,000.

Make sure you don't mix different levels of service on the same submission form, or you'll get delayed to the Apocalypse no matter what level you paid for.
