Called PCGS @ 5:55pm EST and they're closed? What gives?

I just called them at 5:55pm EST and the message says they are closed and call back during normal business hours. Their recording claims they are open from 7am-5pm PST. What is going on? I was trying to find a lost order that I can't account for because I never got an email that they rec'd it? Anyone else having any problems? Chris

Our office had ours yesterday.

I would have loved to be the one that got the coin graded right after the start of that party! By then everything looks MS-70.
