What do the pros think these would grade NQ

Without the qualifier, for my set. The count as a six, so any less I will probably sell and find a better centered copy.

i would think no higher than a 6.. although ive seen 7's that looked worse than the top one..

but i'm no pro..

The Consolo has no chance at a straight 6. I can't tell for sure on the Freese, but at a casual glance (recognizing that it is down in the holder), it appears to be within 80/20 T-B (and significantly better than that L-R), so it should cross to a 6.

if you want a "PRO" opinion, they'll probably give you a GEM 10..

I think PSA was generous, especially with Consolo, who is very close to miscut. Gene I might try for a straight 6, but Billy will never have a better grade than he has right now. I would sell him, if possible, and buy a straight 6 if that's the grade you want. Or keep him, if you don't mind the severe OC.
