A few questions on PCGS submission

1. Do I need to pay separate shipping for each type of submission? The form
says I must fill out a separate form for each type, does that mean I pay separate
shipping even if all the service levels are economy?
2. How does the quarterly specials work? There is no checkbox on the submission
form for these.
3. What is the correct forum for asking these types of questions?

2. Agree with answer below.
3. You can also ask PCGS through e-mail. There is a link from the submission center page Text

if the post 1965 coins are over $300 value, do they still qualify for the economy grade???

<< <i>1. not if there all economy 2. write it in free(still have to pay return postage and insurance. 3.it worked >>
Here's an example:
I have a submission with 2 regrades and 5 cross-overs. I also have one new submission.
According to the instructions, there are 3 types of submissions and require 3 forms.
If my service level (not the same as the type) is the same for all the forms, can I put
shipping on just one of the forms?
The free quarterly submission says you need a separate form AND separate shipping.

2. They operate as a regular submission. Just write quarterly freebie on the form
3. Here is good.

No. if it's clear they are more valuable than $300 they have to be done as a regular submission.
Since these are all separate services they would need to be put on separate submission forms. You would need to pay the return postage for all the orders. The only way you can really save money is by shipping them to us in one package so you can save money that way.

So I think this sort of sucks. This means that if I put together a submission with one
regrade and 5 cross-overs, I have to pay separate shipping, even though the coins
are all economy service

Or, you could just crack everything out and submit it all "raw"

They're moderns. They can't possibly be worth over $300.
