At first, I thought this thread was about "What player cards make you think of what..." kinda thing. I though that was a good idea.

Vick makes me think of Vicks Vaporub (sp?). Ever use that stuff? My father used to use it for everything that ailed him - from pulled muscles to athelete's foot to a cold. I've seen him eat some when he had a cough.

Don Mossi's card makes me think that he has a humongous crop of moss growing in each of his ears.

When I see a Wally Moon card, I envision him dropping his trousers in the outfield.

I remember looking at a Doc Blanchard card and wondering if he was really a Doctor.

Rollie Fingers, including the handle stash, makes me think of the old pick, roll and shoot.
