I decided give to my son a Set.
He has born in 1976.
That's a very special year for me.
Take a look!

  • WOW. Now THAT is impressive. I decided a month or so ago to build a set for my wife....she was also born in 1976. She would flip if she knew how much I spent on these coins (and I don't even have any 70's in my set). I'm all the way down at #28. Got any 76-S Clad Ty 1's in PR69 DCAM laying around? That's the last one that I need to complete my set!

    Congrats on the #1.....

Edson: Congratulations on a sensational collection!! I was really hoping to see a 1976(s) Jefferson Nickel achieve a PR70DC grade this year - it just did not happen. Same for Ty 2 1976(s) Clad Ikes.

I do not think a 1976(s) Lincoln cent will achieve a PCGS-PR70DCAM grade for a long, long time. It would be a HUGE rarity.

In the years ahead, I believe your son's 1976 proof set will contain many scarce coins - it is and will continue to be a great collection!!

Congratulations on your first "perfect" set. I know there will be more to come. You've got a great eye and determination. That's quite an accomplishment! Ray
You only live life once, enjoy it like it's your last day. It just MIGHT be!
