Grading comparison of Washington quarter Type I reverses to Type II reverses

Has anyone had experience submitting Washington quarter type I and type II reverses for 1956 - 64 quarters and noticed whether the quarters struck with the proof dies have a tendency to grade higher than those struck with "civilian" regular circulation dies?
