what's the "coin: number" mean on a pcgs holder? and does high number differ from low number? i have three pr69dcam sacs numbered 2,3, and 4 from three different years. thanks

    They simply number each coin in the series as it occurs. The first year/mint is 1,
    the second is 2, and so on.
