    In the 2001 3rd Ed. it's up to $15 F or $25 VF - ¥3-5,000 in that condition according to the JNDA catalog.

    BTW that "=" on the coin is the "2" of "20 sen", read from right to left on Japanese coins of that era. The irregular rectangle with the corner arcs is the "4" of the date.
