1994-S PR70CAM Kennedy - I wonder what kind of slab it's in

Here is an auction for a 1994-S silver Kennedy half graded PR70CAM. The seller quotes the PCGS price guide at $900 for this half but does not come right out and say if this coin is in a PCGS slab or not. I emailed the seller asking about the slab but all I got was a "thanks for the tip" response. If it really is a PCGS slab then the seller won't realize the highest bids possible. What do you think? It kind of looks like a PCGS slab but there is not much to go on there.

I don't believe that it is PCGS slab. If it was, the seller will post a pic of the slab, and he will get as close to the price guids as possible.

I highly doubt it is a PCGS or any other TPG slab. This seller appears questionable and was the subject of another thread regarding a "grab bag" type auction.

Doesn't look like PCC to me. They use a foam ring. The one in the linked auction looks rubber.

If this was in a PCGS slab you could bet your arse it would be pictured and stated in the auction.It's probably closer to a 67 than a 70.
