Proof coin capsules

Somebody asked me if I removed the gold proof coins from their plastic capsules in a 4 coin Gold Eagle proof set I am selling. In order to photograph them, I took them out. So what's the big deal?

Any ideas?

They might want coins that have never been touched. Or they may be scared of fingerprints and/or slide/contact marks...

Or, they may be worried that you cherrypicked good ones and made a set with loser leftovers.

That would not be ethical. Besides who owns enough of these expensive sets to pick through them?
