Check out this 1989 NO VDB...........Slab error or ignorane?

I bought a cheap PCI Photo Slab..........its labeled MS-65 RED...no VDB. I dont like errors unless they are double dies, but I wanted to own a variety of the old Photo Slab, so I bought it for cheap.

Well the Pics tell a different story, ...............come on...its visible to the naked eye.

Way to go PCI.

The VDB looks like it is in the wrong place. It needs to be on Mr. Lincoln's bust, not the rim.

    they goofed on that one.

Itw exactly where its supposed to be, not as "whole" due to die polishing as evidenced on the rest of the coin, but its there in its proper spot.

I am sure PCI will buy back your coin at a fair market value as a 1989 No VDB.
