Just kidding. Don't know if it's the picture, but the 1st and 2nd right stars definitely look doubled to me. The stars look like the VAM-4 photo in the VAM book, but the description says closed "9" (your 9 looks open). Did you check the E PL-R-B U letters? Supposed to see doubling in the lower portions on these letters for a VAM-4.

Yes there seems to be slight doubling on the E-PL R-B and the U not so pronounced as it is on the stars,can only make it out with 16 power loop.

OK vet, the final step in determining if there is doubling is for you to admit how much you have had to drink tonight, if under 2 beers or one "hardball" according to DMV the doubling is a VAM 4, otherwise if you have had more than that you must drive your car down the road and see if the center divider line is doubled or not, if it is, and you have had more, probably not the VAM------------------BigE

Well I guess the next move would be to send to ANACS since I havn't had a drink in more than 18 years.
