1954 Orange Bowl Watch

I have a 1954 Orange Bowl watch given to the players. It's very nice. I've been searching for any similar items, but I can't find any on the internet. Any idea how much something like that is worth? I've been told up to 30,000 or more, though I highly doubt that. Anyways, just thought I would share with all of you. Maybe I'll post a pic.

I don't think it would be nearly that high. I would say you could compare it to rings that are not linked to players. It could be slightly less or slightly more than what a ring without a players name on it. That would be my guess. Unless it is a Rolex or Seiko or something I don't think it would break the $1K mark.

Welcome! Duke v. Nebraska - who owned the watch? There would have to be something extremely special about the watch to get that kind of money IMO. Unless all the other watches have disappeared.
    Good luck in your search.
Speaking of watches, when I was a kid I asked my dad: "Dad I wanna watch" and he replied..."Son, some day maybe I'll let ya" - it wasn't until I was 16 that I got it! image LOL
