Question about a Jim Brown item

Hi guys. I was looking at this item on ebay. I was impressed that it's PSA/DNA authenticated but it's hardly drawn any interest. I looked back through this guys feedback and found the exact same item, the exact same pic.... exact same certificate.... the serial numbers even match. The current item has not been described as a relisted item.
Has anyone dealt with this guy before? If it's legit, why is the interest so low?

Sorry, I haven't figured out the posting links thing.

Here's your link. To make a link, simply click on the button that says "http" and has a picture of a chain. It should be just above the box where you type the text. Copy the link you want from the address bar and paste it into the dialog box that opens up. Hit "OK." Then, type the title for your link in the second box that opens up.
Ta da. You have a link.

I have purchased balls from them and they are honest and legit - they do a lot of auctions and I would say that the pic is a "file" photo - my only criticism is they charge 10$ to ship a ball and they don't allow you a discount for more than one lot. As was said, contact them and ask. They have a very large inventory of psa/dna balls that go reasonable since they are slightly aged in color - if the price is really good on a psa/dna item, I can live with the discoloration.
The one thing I don't like is that PSA puts the COA numbered sticker close to the sig on some of their pieces.
Good luck

edit: clarity/grammar
One more question though. "They are a dime a dozen" Any idea how many of these were put out? My dad is a huge cleveland fan and this is still a nice piece so I think I'll pick it up for him for Christmas if the price stays within my range.
Any speculation on if having Couch's sig has hurt the value that much? I mean after all, it is Otto Graham and Jim Brown.
Again, thanks for the feedback, it's appreciated.
