Well, it closed at $300.00 tonight!

You might see "price pending", but I had it tracked as I wanted to bid on it if it went cheap enough. Well, 30 minutes before the auction was ready to end it was already close to $300.00!

1945 Jefferson: $5.
ANACS holder: $20.
Artifical Toning: $275.!!

I don't think either coin is AT. But I still wouldn't pay $2300 for the NGC or $300 for the ANACS coin.

If they weren't shilled -- I'm very happy -- I guess I did okay on the 40-D PCGS MS66FS I posted.

Interesting, as I think the Teletrade Jeffersons are both AT yet I believe the 40-D you picked up is absolutely the real deal.

I have a couple 1964 nicks that have MUCH better rainbow toning than that (and they aren't proof, but MS65; toned by a cardboard mint set holder). They were graded by ANACS without any AT notation, so I know they slab the real deal when they see it.

Think I'll auction them soon if I can get decent pics.
