Online VAM references?

I'm starting to learn about VAMs, since they seem like a fun thing to Cherrypick and study. I've been reading the various parts RJRC and vamlinks, but are there any more current online references for identifying and pricing VAMs? I want to start studying up, but have to wait until after Christmas to purchase any of the guides.
