Hello,
I was digging in my pocket to get some change for my friend and stumbled apon an old wheat penny. It is dated 1909 and has no other letters indicating where it was mented. One side has Abe with the date, Liberty to the left of Abe, (date on right) and "In God We Trust" above the head. The reverse side is not exactly symetrical to the other. I guess another way to say it is when you flip it over you have to turn it slightly in order to center the coin. There is Pluribus Unum at the top, One Cent-middle, Wheat grain on either side and United States of America below "one cent". I was wondering if someone could tell me if the coin is rare, what kind it is, or any information other than what I can figure-that it is a penny-
Thanks for the help,
Taylor

Hows the conidition? Does it look worn and scratched, or is it pretty nice and red? It wont make you rich if its a nice coin, but can be upwards to about $20 + coin if its nice condition.
Overall, nice pocket find!

Maybe a Doctor handed it to a notorious gunfighter to help him fight through the pain as he was having a bullet removed.

No not a thousand dollar coin, but a great find! Keep it and give it to your chillins'.
