WTF is this Jim Hunter card? 1976? Topps? Home-made?

i bought a group of raw 1976 topps commons, and when i received them, they included some kind of home-made looking Catfish Hunter "card".. its just a black magnet on the back..

<< <i>Is it on card stock? Is it glued, painted or otherwise put on? It is a neat item. Might be a real issue that is undiscoverd. I am sure it would fetch a bid. >>
i guess its pasted or glued on.. its like a thin white piece of paper, about as thick as a 1985 donruss card.. and its pasted onto a magnet the same size..
