I've bought a few circulated IHCs from Chuck D'Ambra and I've always been pleased with the coin I receive (for lower-priced coins, that usually means sight-unseen). I've bought from JJ Teaparty too, but below XF they usually have mostly key and semi-key dates.

Don't waste your time with Rare Coins of New Hampshire!!! I already bought all their raw coins!!! Why would anyone want a lifetime guarantee that any raw coin they buy will certify at the grade sold or higher?? Where's your gambling instinct?? Look for bargins on Ebay, the coins there are so much more clean and shiney!
