Question on value of a ticket

My friend has an unused ticket for the game in 2003 where Clemens got his 300th win and 4,000th strikeout. Is it worth anything?

A guess on my part I would say YES. Graded even more A PSA 10 would probly fetch 400.00 or so. A PSA 9 200.00

That's obviously a very nice ticket. It's really tough sometimes to predict what tickets will sell for. Two quick true examples. I sold a vintage ticket on ebay for $250 and two weeks later the identical condition ticket next seat over sold for only $150. Sold another vintage ticket on ebay for $10 and next month sold the identical condition ticket next seat over for $100. Amazing differences for the same tickets in a short space of time.
