NEWPS from Show ( UK & Mexicans )

The show was not that great for Darkside stuff. Only 2 dealers had anything worth looking at and most of it was not to my liking. I did, however, find 3 to bring home. A nice 1896 Mexican 8 reale, A cool Cart Wheel not a nice as I have wanted but the price was right. Last but definately not least a gorgeously colored Vicky Penny from 1886. image

    edit: nevermind, I saw your other post. I didn't know a new show was planned for New Haven. I have tentative plans to go to West Haven next Sunday.

    That 1886 Penny lists in the Spink at £35 for EF and £175 for UNC. This coin has a great sharp stike no major dings at all. If NGC or PCGS were to grade it I'd put my money on MS63 or MS64. I did not even pay EF money for it.image
