Selling MS-64 1913 Type 1 Buff, and PF-69cam 1963 Roosey

Just did some upgrading, and have the following for sale.
1) 1913 Type 1 Buffalo Nickel, NGC MS-64
Pleasing gray color, with some hint of gold when rotated under light. Obverse from slightly abraded die, reverse nicer. Asking $70 delivered within US. (Pics below)
2) 1963 Proof Roosevelt Dime, ICG PR-69Cam
I agree with the Cameo, but as expected with ICG high grade coins, I don't buy the 69. Since I got it cheap, I'll pass it on to the new owner at CU quoted price for PR-65Cam, $27 delivered within US. (Pics below)
