New Bear Coin - Another First - Need Help

Just picked up this coin on ebay. It is the first Gold coin in my set (see link in sign. line).

I know I said I was not going to do any gold in this set, but I just could not help myself.

Can anyone please give me the spec's on this coin.

My 2001 Krause lists it at $125.

Not everyday you can get a gold coin under spot! My 2004 Krause has $85 as a value (like the auction description). No mintage listed, though the silver one has a mintage of 1000.
