nail polish remover

Hi all-
Just picked up a bottle for wife and daughter, other than acetone(first ingredient) we're talking water, fragrance, gelatin, yellow die #11, glycerin etc...

safe to assume that this, when applied to a coin (after ms70 and a water rinse) will not help stabilize it?

Not a good idea to use it. Only pure acetone.

What they said - unless of course you have nail polish in your coins..even then...

You should use nail polish remover to remove nail polish from your nails.

DO NOT apply to your coins!

On a side note, please also refrain from using Crisco to clean your bathtub.
