  • Ah, finally someone else noticed jaysace's stuff and his spamming.
He has a lot of great items on and always uses the same tactics on his titles.
I guess he makes so much $ for them that they disregard it. I wonder if we
complain; will they cancel his auctions? Just a thought.
  • Spam? Are you referring to the big "buildup" he gives his cards? I guess you just have to look past all that stuff, and just focus on the card itself.

Wasn't this just discussed somewhere? And, I thought if you report it, yes, they will remove the item.

There are a lot of sellers that do this, maybe he feels the question mark at the end lets him off the hook. I think auctions with titles like this one appear unprofessional and juvenile anyway, and rarely click on them. Perhaps he is actually costing himself money - just tell me what the damn card actually is, please.

PSA seems to be the most diligent trackers of this kind of keyword spamming. In the case of the auction you mentioned, PSA would have no problem because the cards are actually PSA cards.

It's NOT "buildup" it's 100% SPAM! According to Ebay rules, it's against the rules. All I know, I had four worthless actions Ebay ended due to "spam". I emailed Ebay and PSA and gave them my .02 cents on his auctions. In my opinion it's BULL$HIT! PSA won't care because it's a PSA card. If it were a SGC or GAI card with a PSA spam, they could and would have it ended. I guess some get to play by different rules! SUCKS..
