I was fortunate enough to be the high bidder on a gem 1928-D Standing Liberty Quarter in a PCGS 65 holder. I found the coin in the recently ended Heritage Dallas sale. It was lot 5966. Can anyone help in posting the coin's image ? ( I wish I knew how to do this ). Thanks !
This is the last coin I needed to complete my set in PCGS holders. ( My other example, in an NGC 64FH holder wouldn't cross ).
I'll have this set with me at the FUN convention, and will drop it off at PCGS for grade review and Pedigree Designation. Hopefully a few of the other NGC cross overs which were downgraded will regain their Full Head status and I'll pick up a point or two on a few of the older holdered coins.
