Peace Dollar VAMS: Today's Coin Shop Finds

Since I did not yet receive my Top 50 Peace dollar book, I decided to print the top 50 off the VAM link website. Went into the shop and looked at I guess 100 Peace dollars. I went away with the following:

1) 1922-P VAM 7, "Shifted Eagle's Wing", MS63
2) 1922-P VAM 7, "Shifted Eagle's Wing", MS60
3) 1925-P VAM 1A, Die gouge in tiara just above Liberty's headband, MS63/4
4) 1934-D VAM 3, Doubled obverse motto, etc., XF45
5) 1934-D VAM 3, Doubled obverse motto, etc., VF25

All coins were cherrypicked from their inventory.

The owners of the shop have now gotten to the point where they will hold out all new dollar inventory till I get a chance to look at them first. They are great guys!

If anyone know about the above varieties, since I don't have the book yet, can you please let me know rarity scale, values, etc.?

Yes, the owners of this shop are treating me quite well these days. I bought all there 8TFs (only 2) and they don't have any 7/8TFs right now. But, I will buy those when I see them. Now I just need to attribute the 8TFs. Waiting on my viewfinder to come in to assist me.

Nice score. The one that's most likely worth the most is the 25', maybe double what you pd. The VAM 3's are not commanding a premium anymore as there are so many of them to be had. The VAM 7 (22) does get a slight premium in that grade, maybe $ 15 but not much.

The VAM market's heating up... continue to hold and hoard until there are many more buyers out there.... the hard one's are going way up in price......
