PSA submission stickers

Do any of you buy your submission stickers from PSA or is Staples, etc the answer?

I buy address labels at Wal-mart. It needs to be big enough that you can get the info on it, and small enough that it fits on a Card Saver 1.

I send the labels through my printer and print "Invoice # 248842" (the actual invoice # of course) and the word "Line" underneath it.

Then I manually fill in the line # as Im preparing the order. It really saves time as opposed to filling out all of the labels by hand.

From what I understand, those labels are not even necessary.

I don't use the labels at all. I just write the info right on the card.

I'm almost done with my T206 set, all with the (MK) qualifier.

I don't believe the labels are necessary either. But if one of your cards was to get misplaced, it would be easily identified by the label. The labels are also a second tool for PSA to understand what you are submitting. Just imagine some of the errors PSA must find on submission sheets. If your submission sheet said you had 4 glossy fleer bonds rookies and 7 reg. bonds rookies, but you had 12 total rookies in your lot, then the stickers may aid in PSA's understanding of what you submitted and what you think you submitted.

Again, I assume the stickers are rarely looked at, but they may be quite helpful in unique and rare situations.

It only takes a few minutes to print out a sheet of labels, so why not do it - especially when PSA recommends it? I use the 8267 return address labels, and run a full sheet with the sub number on it, and write in the sub line number after it. Easy stuff.
