At the next bourse you attend, take a look at the BIG picture......... Sometimes you can find a coin in a dealers showcase that seems "outta place"........... Chances are he picked it up dirt cheap (too good a deal to pass on)......... I.E....... If you see a lone/cuppla early coppers mixed in with hundreds of modern slabs or lotsa nice silver, check it out........... Lotsa times the dealer will be willing to make a few $$$$ doing the "turn and burn" rather than attributing and/or advertising !!!!!

Our last show here, I had been looking for months for an orig roll of 96 sae's and there were none to be had. I was just looking at dealer cases, getting ready to go and there was a huge array of slabbed gold and morgans all nicely arranged in the case, all in nice slabs and in the middle of the whole bunch was an orig roll of '96's. I would have never had seen them if they were not so out of place. Of course that was a snag and grab for me but you are very right, look what does not belong and you can certainly have an advantage.
<< <i>Found a foreign coin dealer at a Baltimore show with a stunning BU 1891-P Morgan in his case for $75. And to think I almost bought an inferior coin in a slab for $125 at the previous show. >>
MS-63 at the $125 price, I assume? Heck of a buy for $75 if so...
