POPs Increased in 70 DCam 2001S SAGs

It appears that there has been a dramatic increase from a pop of 4 in early Nov to now 29. Anyone know what factors have contributed to change. I suspect the demand for 70 DCam has had some impact, but it is hard to believe that this is the only factor.

    maybe the coins warrented the grades by pcgs?? an interesting thought

    but anyhoo this means big $$$ for the submitters who made these high grade NCLT bullion pieces
