    12 0050 1858 1C CANADA MS64RB cha ching!

An outstanding coin I'm sure. Not easy to come by in MS, especially 64 RB. Have an image of it?

    Thanks AF and others,

That 1858 is one of 13 with only one higher. Which I believe Bosox has in his set.

    Merry Christmas to me!

edit to add: I'll post pics when they come home to papa.

    Gene,

Very nice scores. Especially like the '72-H fifty cents and the '58 cent. image

    Gene,

Yours should make 14/1 in the PCGS RB population for the 1858. They also have a 2/0 population in 64 Red. The last ICCS pop report (dated January 2003) lists 3 in 65 and 4 in 64, without reference to color. Any 1858 MS-64 or 65 is a very condition rare coin. Congrats.

P.S. Regarding the '72H fifty cents, ICCS lists two in 65, two in 64, one in 63, one in 62, three in 60, six in 58, six in 55, 11 in 50 and 11 in 45. Of those 32 above yours, six are shown as cross grades from another TPG. Trends $700CA in EF-40 and $1,800CA in AU-50. A very nice coin.
