Cross Help!

I know that most tier 2 TPG grades will be 1-3 points to high, but what about the designators?

In particular Does a PCI FBL usually cross to an NGC or PCGS FBL, Albeit 0-2 points down?

Any other insight on differences in FBL determinations/Standards by different firms would be appreciated.

Just depends on the coin but in my experience most other TPGs are a bit off in this area also.

Generally speaking, not a snowball's chance in hell. You'll find exceptions, but not very many.
