Even if it graded PSA 2 or 3, it would be worth it. Otherwise bidders will wonder, "Why didn't he send it to PSA?"

He probably didnt send it in because there is writing on the back of the card. Just a guess.

I love the phrases:
"Directly From The End Of His Career" - Why not just say his last card issued
"Holy Grail" - In card collecting I thought that was the T206 Wagner
"Centered Very well for the 1969 issue" - Centered very poorly in my opinion
"Removed directly from the vault" - No doubt in my mind he is trying to imply from the Topps vault
