Can someone please tell me the value of the subject coin in MS63, please?

Values for the rarer 1878 8TF varieties are hard to guage since they don't trade hands in reported sales all that often. There are price guides but you can pretty much throw them out when two or more serious buyers want a particular coin. Demand and timing play a big part. A 63DMPL example of the 14.9 sold for $7800 on Ebay a couple of weeks ago.
