Coins, Wills, Estates, Deed of Gift? Screwed by Family?

It may seem a bit off topic, But it is definately something you need to consider. If you list your coin collection in your will, then it has to go thru probate. If you have a designated personal representative, or Executor or Executrix and they dispose of your collection without listing it through probate is it fraud? And third, if you give your collection to a family member prior to your demise would you need to get a Deed of Gift form that is signed and notarized? Do we have any Attorney's on this forum?
