Bid points are based upon the $ value of the completed auction that you win on eSnipe. Try JustSnipe. http://www.justsnipe.com/ They charge a flat $5 monthly fee for unlimited bidding.

You have to purchase bidpoints from them ranger, then as David said the bidpoints get used up as you win auctions.

I also agree with the ex-con midget one-armer about JustSnipe. I've been using it for a while & it's quite a bit cheaper than esnipe if you win many auctions.

Another one to consider is http://auctioninsights.auctionstealer.com/. It is slightly more expensive, but I use them since I've had good service from them in the past. They support bid groups to ensure you only win one of a group of items you select (i.e. bid on 3 Bonds rookies at $10 each, but be sure and win only one of them, even though all three are worth $5 combined).
