Help, 1943 1 Franc KM#885a.1 Is Krause Correct?

Hey,
I got the new Krause World Coin Book, The Big one.... It say's 1943 1 Franc, France , Aluminium had a mintage of only 4,400, and the values for the following condition,
Fine/ $1,200.00 VF/ $1500.00 XF/ $2,250.00 Unc./ $4,000.00 BU/ $6,000.00
