Bought this jewel the other day, and assumed from the holder that this coin would likely be a 66 Cam by my standards, and paid about that money. I thought the photo montage would be interesting to newbies.
The label -
The obverse, shot from a flattering angle. A few small hairlines, and one milk spot. Evidence in the top right field of a previous dip, but very nice cameo.
The reverse is very nice. Again, some spotting from a previous rinse, but decent.
Now for a real look. As you can see, the frost bleeds into the field above the bust. The hairlines border on scratches that would likely prevent the coin from holdering at PCGS/NGC/ANACS.
I do this about once a year, and then I remember why I never buy third-tier moderns sight unseen. This one will go into a holder on the wall behind my coin desk.

I have quite a lot of experience with ones that fall in to that category. Always the obverse.

I Just Picked Up The Same Coin on eBay: PCI PR68 DCAM AH Kennedy
At least the seller (a really good guy) is honest about the non cam status. I bought it though because I got a kick out of the insert and the way PCI choose to identify the variety.
I am hoping though it isn't nearly has hairlined as yours!

Yes. This is the fourth creative discription I've seen PCI come up with! I'll photo them all when this one returns.
