Question on 1970-S Lincoln Cent Proofs (Small vs. Large Date)

I'm testing my skills at determining the differences between these two dates.

I know the difference between the two is the "high 7" (small) vs. the "low 7" (large). To be more specific, the top of the "7" must be higher than the top of the "9" for the Small Date and vise versa for the Large Date. Now, I'm looking at this auction for a proof 1970-S "Small Date" and it looks "Large" to me. Then again I'm no expert and I could be totally wrong.

Opinions?

Maybe I need to look at the top of the zero as well as the "LIBERTY".

Coin in the condition shown is NOT worth the starting bid whether a small date OR a large date. Looks like a RB proof to me. Steve

The best method to determine this was given here by cladking. Look where the tip of the upper loop of the nine points. If it is nearly flat (as in the case of this coin) it is a small date. If it points down, a large date. Best method I have seen yet.
